"Susie was our agent for the past several months as we searched all over the Triangle for our home. We should’ve filmed our interactions with her as they would’ve made a great master class for aspiring realtors. The knowledge, skills, and professional and personal integrity she demonstrated at all times were outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and general all-around outstanding person to work with in our search. She knew the entire area well and was hugely helpful in educating us about locations, construction practices, pros and cons of the various houses we visited, and the entire purchase process. Any time a question arose, she was the most responsive and proactive person I’ve seen when it came to either knowing or finding answers, often researching things on her own without our even asking her to. Her communication and people skills were always outstanding, as was her level of patience and flexibility with us as our search lingered on and took us in different directions over time. At no point did our trust and confidence in Susie waver in the least and we always strongly felt that she had our best interest at heart and was doing everything she could to help us find and get into that special house that we were seeking. Coming from out of state, this could easily have been a much more daunting and difficult process than it was, but Susie guided us through it all with great commitment, integrity, and wisdom. We wouldn’t even consider using anyone else for any future real estate transactions, and we believe you shouldn’t either."

"We absolutely adore Susie. She has been our realtor through some of the biggest chapters of our lives. She helped us find a home when we first relocated to Apex in 2007. We sold that home and found another home in 2014, and she is now guiding us through the process of building and selling in 2026. "Susie made finding and purchasing a home smooth and easy. She’s a great communicator and knowledgable, personable and professional. She went above and beyond, adding touches you can’t get just anywhere, from goody bags (with drinks, snacks, mints, etc. our first day meeting and house hunting) to a BEAUTIFUL house warming plant (multi-colored petunias) in a beautiful pot. Susie knows the area and explained everything clearly, serving as liaison between seller’s agent and us, in addition to all the leg work she did lining up homes, serving as our proxy for home inspection since we were in another state, and facilitating emails, calls, documents, showings, covenants, etc.I was referred to Remax United and I would not hesitate to recommend Susie to anyone looking to purchase a home in NC."

"I was moving to Raleigh from out of state and knew very little about the area. Having already sold my home I needed to find a new home quickly, but I wasn't willing to give up any of the amenities that are important to me in a home. In two days, Susie arranged for me to see several homes, provided insight about the different areas of the city, made sure I had plenty of time to look at the home I selected, negotiated my offer to purchase contract, and met with me before my flight home to finalize the contract. She did all of this while dealing with a walking boot from a tendon injury! Then she attended the home inspection and helped me get some additional concessions from the seller. Throughout the process, Susie was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and listened to all of my concerns. I could not have selected a better agent."
